Play & Developmental Support

Family Hubs across Kent provide early years support including developmental monitoring, parenting programmes, and access to early intervention services. Can provide advice on play-based development and connect families to appropriate services.

Health Visitors provide developmental monitoring and support for children from birth to 5 years. They can identify developmental concerns early and refer to appropriate services. Part of the Healthy Child Programme.

Charity supporting disabled children and young people in Kent and Medway. Provides activities including play and recreational opportunities. Activities are for members and subject to a completed support plan. Also offers family advice and respite.
