Who We Are
SENDPath is an independent, non-profit information resource created by a Kent-based parent and healthcare professional. We provide free, verified directory listings and plain-English guides to help SEND families navigate the education, health, and social care system in Kent, UK.
We're not a charity, a law firm, or a healthcare provider. We're parents who've been through the system and want to make it easier for families who come after us.
Our Editorial Code

Every piece of content on SENDPath is written to inform and empower families — not to generate revenue. We don't accept payment for positive reviews or listings. If a guide or directory entry ever conflicts with that principle, the content wins.
Our Values
- Accuracy: We verify all information against official sources (gov.uk, NHS, Kent County Council) and update content regularly.
- Empathy: We write for parents at 11pm trying to work out what their child is entitled to — not for algorithms.
- Independence: We don't accept sponsored content or paid placements.
- Transparency: We clearly label what is and isn't verified, and link to sources.
